TLDR - Honest and helpful people that I loved doing business with. Will absolutely be happy to work with them again when I am in need. I cannot sing praises enough for them. I just recently moved from NY to the Wyoming valley and decided to rent a truck to do so. I rented it from Budget and budgets website told me that this was the closest spot to drop the truck off at for the one way rental. The person that checked me out in NY did not do their job properly, and it created problems for me when I returned the truck to the point where I was starting to believe that I was going to need to pay a fee for someone else's mistake. The person I spoke with, who I believe was the manager, is the most helpful and honest man I have ever experienced in the truck rental industry. He helped me fix my issue and went above and beyond to assist me. Even though this location is an hour away from me, if I ever need to rent a truck or buy a trailer, I will be coming here. My wife and I walked in just to get some information on a car trailer. Howard the salesman was absolutely amazing in answering all our questions. Within 30 minutes we were leaving with a brand new trailer. All in all the service was the best and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a trailer.

Went there for a new trailer. Also got tires/rims on another. Super down to earth guy. They don't treat you like a BIG BOX STORE. I would not even go anywhere else. Also has a super cool dog who my son liked playing with. 5 stars all the way!

Hey mechanic. 16 x 6 lug do fit this trailer. You just have to be willing to pay for them. And I bought the same tool you had, worked fine getting rust out of my hitch, just took a few more minutes then you could spare I guess. Edit 10/13/2022   Just completed a trip to Pleasant Plain Ohio and back, real close to 1100 miles and no blow outs. Oh I have 4 right hand brake assemblies on this trailer. Going to call tomorrow and see it the can be fixed. 10/14/2022 Guess you can't work with anyone about workmanship issues. I will never purchase another look trailer from any one! and never another from Carrs. If I remember I will get pictures of the brakes before I change them. You see I changed this trailer to 6 lug and I have been there before. You say it has been worked on, not by us, then deny the claim, after I spend lots of money on JB fuel, so I will just skip all the drama and fix the damn thing myself. Edit 2 6/23/2025....... Trailer tows great, everything is working correctly, I go to insulate the inside and it doesn't have two gaps the same size, no wonder they missed with all the screws in the plywood.
