than strap hinges. Won’t bind. Welded perimeter door frame with
gussets at major stress points. Full length reinforcements
prevent bowing. Spring assist cable(s) for safety. Rear corner
post stabilizer jacks with steel tube post are coated in
Zincdychromate for rust resistance. (Ramp door standard on

12 Volt Electrical System

junction box. Primary connections made with wire nuts. No hidden
splices. All wiring is SAE truck/trailer color coded wire. One

Side Doors (Aluminum Hinges)
[top] All door openings are welded with formed steel channel
headers and gusseted for rigid anchoring. Exclusive vacuum
laminating process unitizes door components forming a super
strong, lightweight door. The polystyrene core provides full
insulation while the extruded aluminum trim adds extra rigidity.

Anodized Roof Cove

All Aluminum Anti-Rack Cam Lock
[top] Commercial quality cast aluminum Cam Lock and stainless steel
hasp deliver a long lasting, no-rust finish for the life of your
trailer. Anti-Rack design (forked Cam with “T” shaped Keeper)
forms a structural link between door header and footer reducing
door movement, frame torque, and road vibration. Better seal
compression to prevent moisture penetration. |

Bottom Trim
Extruded aluminum Bottom Trim provides extra body support and
solid anchoring for prefinished aluminum skin. Special anodizing
process assures trim will maintain its “like-new” luster for
years with minimal maintenance. |

Corrosion Preventive Measures
[top] To ward off the damaging effects of rust a Wells Cargo chassis
is protected with a laboratory tested, automotive style
undercoating. All exposed steel is painted with a
state-of-the-art process including both a primer & urethane
topcoat for a smooth, long lasting finish. Also, a special
corrosion resistant tape is applied between the steel frame and
exterior aluminum skin to prevent electrolysis. |
